- Open spots will be available from 11 January 2026 at 11:00 UTC, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The fee is €4,950 per team.
- ⚠️ Emails containing registration files must not be sent before 11 January at 11:00 UTC.
Any early submission will not be taken into account. - 50% of the registration fee must be paid no later than 24 January 2026.
- A waiting list will be created based on the order in which requests are received.
Teams on the official ARWS World Ranking waiting list must also confirm their final registration by paying 50% of the registration fees no later than 24 January.
